Fiesta de Árboles
Tree Planting Celebration and Charity Event May 28 to May 29, 2011 Silencio, Costa Rica http://FiestaDeArboles.org A unique series of tree planting events designed to provide those that are passionate for environmental issues an opportunity to come together to create positive change and to celebrate their accomplishment with a community of like-minded individuals. The main objective of this project will be to establish a mechanism for sustainable reforestation projects in communities that are motivated to rehabilitate their areas that have been degraded due to agricultural and other human activates that deplete natural resources.
